De-Mystifying Probate and Estate Planning

Description: The second of our four part series. The focus is on Estate Planning - the Basics. A panel of experts will provide an introduction to estate planning and identify the various types of estate assets as well as examine the types of ownership and their significance. Estate planning documents such as a Will, a Living Will, Powers of Attorney and Attorney for Health Care will be discussed, including their purpose and their place in estate planning.

Please note : These sessions are not intended to provide legal or financial advice, but rather to give attendees a more informed understanding of issues they may want to discuss with family and estate planning professionals.
