[6:30pm] De-Mystifying Probate and Estate Planning: Session 4
- Description:
- The Stonington Free Library will conclude its informational series on De-Mystifying Probate and Estate Planning on Tuesday, February 12, 2013 at 6:30 PM at the Library. Many people struggle with whether and when they should pursue a conservatorship for a loved one in order to help them manage their health or finances. Similarly, Medicaid (Title XIX) and its potential estate planning implications often pose numerous questions. Two experienced Attorneys, Wade Jensen and Kathryn Guinan, along with Southeastern Regional Probate Judge Nicholas Kepple will conduct a panel discussion on these topics and answer questions. This session is not intended to provide legal or financial advice, but rather to give attendees a more informal understanding of issues they may want to discuss with family and estate planning professionals. Seating is limited. For more information call the library at 860 535-0268
