Fisrt of a four part series. This session will feature three area probate judges, Nicholas Kepple of the Southeastern District, Mathew Greene from New London/Waterford and Jeffrey McNamara of the Niantic Regional Court, along with the Southeastern Court’s Chief Clerk, Carolyn Bessette, who together have over 50 years of probate court experience to share with attendees. Please note : These sessions are not intended to provide legal or financial advice, but rather to give attendees a more informed understanding of issues they may want to discuss with family and estate planning professionals.
