Thoughtful Thursday – Sarah Dove and Tara Kennedy on ” Conservation of the James Merrill House and Museum Collections”

Do you know that art conservators are trained in forensic science and organic chemistry?  Please join Sarah Dove and Tara Kennedy on Thursday, July 18, at 5:15, in the Stonington Free Library.  They will talk about their fascinating profession as art and book conservators, in particular their collaborative work in the James Merrill House and Museum, the Stonington Borough home of the great American poet James Merrill.  Pick up a tip or two for your own book and art collections!
